Decentralization doesn’t mean much if a few validators hold power indefinitely. On Proto Layer, they don’t. Validators rotate regularly, giving everyone a fair chance to earn and contribute.

This rotation keeps the network balanced and resilient. It prevents any single group from taking control and welcomes new participants who want to join without being locked out.
